Graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, 2005. Completed General Practice Residency at Columbia University/Harlem Hospital Center, 2006. Has been with Gwinnett Family Dental Care since 2006.
Jon Klevansky, D.M.D.
Graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, 1995.

Eric Staeben, D.D.S.
Graduated from University of Michigan Dental School, 2000.
Served from August 2000 to May 2003 as a dentist in the United States Army at Fort Gordon, Georgia, retiring with the rank of Captain. Has been with Gwinnett Family Dental Care since 2003.
Our doctors are members of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the American Academy of General Dentistry, and the Society for the Preservation of Oral Health.
